Guildford, Surrey Overview: An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential projects, including one-off bespoke homes. The role involves managing a mix of new builds and refurbishments, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 3-4 luxury residential projects, maintaining high standards of delivery. Act as the primary liaison between site teams and end clients. Regularly visit sites to monitor progress, ensure compliance with project timelines, and uphold quality standards. Resolve any on-site issues and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders. Provide updates and reports on project status to ensure alignment with client expectations. Requirements:
Proven experience in managing bespoke residential construction projects. Strong understanding of new build and refurbishment processes. Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
