Multi Site Manager – Vita Student

To help deliver this outstanding level of service for our residents, we’re seeking a Multi-Site Manager. Role & Responsibilities An important and highly visible role within the business, as Multi-Site Manager you’ll have overall responsibility for ensuring the building, its services and amenities, and our colleagues are working together to achieve our high brand standards. As well as delivering an exceptional customer experience, you’ll also need to maintain compliance with varying legislation, procedures, and best practices while maximizing rental income and reducing operating costs. A hands-on attitude, combined with strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to continually develop your team are key to the success of this role. Tasks will include: Leading and motivating the team to deliver an outstanding service to residents. Liaising with residents, completing building tours, maintaining customer databases for communications, and resolving or escalating any issues which may arise. Supporting the sales and marketing teams to ensure maximum occupancy levels and avoid arrears. Overseeing the localized delivery of events across both buildings. Managing and maintaining health and safety compliance. Ensuring the buildings are clean and maintained to the highest standard, managing the buildings' maintenance and housekeeping. Building relationships with key stakeholders such as the universities and local businesses. Hiring, training, and continuously developing the team, supporting with recruitment and HR. Strategic planning working alongside the operations calendar to meet both sites' KPIs.
