Job Description
Key Duties for the Commercial Finance Manager:
Partner with senior leadership to drive financial planning and analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units
Provide insightful financial reporting and performance analysis
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario planning
Manage a small team of finance professionals
The Successful Applicant
Required Experience for the Commercial Finance Manager:
(ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with post-qualification experience
Strong commercial acumen and experience
Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Experience managing and developing junior team members
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Commutable to Watford on a Hybrid basis
