Job Description Manage a portfolio of trusts, ensuring all tax compliance matters are handled efficiently. Oversee and ensure accurate completion of trust accounts and returns. Provide advice on tax planning and trust issues to clients and colleagues. Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service. Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting professional development. Work closely with the tax department to ensure alignment of activities. Stay updated with changes in tax and trust legislation. Participate in business development activities to promote the company's services. The Successful Applicant A successful Trust Manager should have: A qualification in a relevant field, such as Accounting or Finance. Proven experience in managing trusts, with a strong understanding of tax compliance. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members. Strong leadership abilities to mentor junior staff. A proactive approach to staying updated with changes in tax and trust legislation.
