Manufacturing industry experience is required Excellent communication skills both cross-functionally within the organization as well as with parent and subsidiary entities Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (preferably QuickBooks) Outstanding communication and analytical skills, good data analysis and management skills Able to work within a schedule-driven environment Timing and a sense of urgency is a critical part of this role Experience working with shifting priorities and moving deadlines 2-4 years’ experience in private or public companies Responsibilities

On-site role / local candidates / drug and background check required The Senior Accountant’s primary responsibility is monthly accounting and reporting duties, but it also has significant exposure to other areas such as cost accounting, ERP systems, internal controls, and payroll The role is detail/transaction-oriented and requires expert proficiency in Excel and accounting systems This is an individual contributor position with high visibility and critical path deliverables Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet accounting reconciliations Maintain fixed asset register and physical asset tagging Maintain inventory standard costs and provide cost analysis to support operations and sales Manage credit card (P-Card) program Assist in preparation for internal and external audits Oversee internal controls implementation and compliance Assist in implementation of ERP system Provide back-up support to human resources for payroll processing Provide back-up support to human resources for benefits enrollment This is a position offering significant growth opportunities.
