Job Description
The Industrial Disease Fee Earner/Solicitor role demands an excellent understanding of all aspects of litigation in personal injury, specifically military claims and knowledge also of industrial disease claims. The role holder must have an ability to manage a high workload whilst at the same time have a solid understanding of litigation and the Civil Procedure Rules and the regulations and legislation concerning military claims.
The role holder will be responsible for taking individual responsibility for a caseload of military claims both litigated and pre-litigated alongside responsibility for industrial disease claims where appropriate. The caseload will consist of complex and/or high value military claims and some Industrial Disease claims. The Successful Applicant A successful Industrial Disease Fee Earner/Solicitor should have between 3-5 years experience of dealing with industrial disease claims.
