We are looking for: Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with 3+ years' experience, ideally in hospitality and multisite environments. Strong month-end reporting experience, with the ability to communicate variances, opportunities, or risks clearly and timely. Proficient in Excel, with a solid understanding of systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills across stakeholders.

Here's what you'll get up to: Produce periodic drafts and final P&Ls, providing commentary on variances to the Finance Manager. Address and resolve any P&L queries from the wider business in a timely manner. Conduct periodic reviews with budget holders to highlight risks and opportunities in their P&Ls. Assist with period and year-end processes, ensuring accurate figures and commentary are delivered promptly. Support the Finance Manager with periodic balance sheet reconciliations and the annual budgeting/forecasting process. Help introduce and monitor robust controls and processes to ensure smooth financial operations and support the Accounts Payable team's training and development.
