The role
We are looking for an Associate - Growth & Strategy who is currently based in London. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager - Growth & Strategy. The role focuses on developing new strategic initiatives through research, analysis, and presenting financial/analytical models. Then, this role will pilot and scale these strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share growth. What makes this role special?

Conduct strategic data analysis and build reports to support key business decisions Team.
Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to drive our expansion into new markets and categories. Engage senior-level stakeholders (GMs, VPs, and C-level executives) as well as colleagues across every department at Headout Growth.
Get your hands dirty executing growth opportunities for local markets and products Collaboration. Build relationships with the external partners who make our work possible, finding creative ways to generate additional value for Headout What skills & experience do you need?
3+ years experience in strategy consulting and/or strategy experience in high growth startup environment Analytical mindset, able to derive actionable insights and persuade with data Exceptional people and communication skills to build strong relationships with people on all levels of the organization Great problem-solving skills and creativity to identify and evaluate opportunities Pragmatic, positive, and organized - crucial for driving forward in an agile startup
