The Cloud Security Business Manager is responsible for handling the day-to-day business operational aspects of cloud security which includes task management, alignment with strategy, data generation and analysis, report generation, improving efficiency, representation at service review meetings, managing priority tasks, and answering questions from our internal customers.

Key responsibilities include: Gaining a detailed understanding of the data produced by cloud and other cyber security tooling. Producing regular cloud security reports for consumption by business line application support and information security officers. Developing improvements in cloud security reporting tooling used and report quality/flexibility. Attending regular cyber security service review meetings and presenting report summaries. Handling control compliance exception requests involving risk assessment, action planning, and risk acceptance steps. Transitioning business operation duties from current team members to this new job role. Establishing good working relationships with our internal customers who consume cloud security reporting. Answering day-to-day questions relating to cloud security operations business matters. ABOUT US:
