The Supply Tender Analyst will provide a full support service to the commercial aviation supply team and liaise with sales support regarding the tender management. Key Duties And Responsibilities

Providing a full support service to the commercial aviation supply team. Liaise with sales support regarding the tender management. Input costs and fees into the Tender management system. Invoice and general queries support. Use of TMS and CXL systems to achieve accurate and efficient reporting. Tender Contract Management and coordination with all relevant departments. Co-ordinate the supply, CSO (Compulsory Stock Obligation) book. Co-ordinate Performance monitoring of each Supply region. Manage niche sales opportunities, which include but are not limited to Avgas and MOD tenders. Create and produce management information each month for each supply location. Manage Diversion margins; targeting additional margin from business picked up through diversions. The Individual

Willingness to develop experience in supply chain management in the oil industry is essential. Analytical ability and strong numerical skills are essential. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Strong English written and oral communication skills are essential. Strong organisational & problem-solving skills are essential. Attention to detail and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of hedging and price risk management process is desirable. Experience within supply chain/logistics administration, gained within an oil or aviation services provider, is desirable but not essential. Ability to work under pressure as a team or on its own is essential.
