F&B Experience: Strong experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a similar high-standards setting. Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing day-to-day property operations, from guest services to financial performance. Leadership: A people-first approach, able to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.
