The Role
As General Manager, you’ll be at the core of operations, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service and memorable experiences. This hands-on role has a strong focus on food & beverage, particularly with the seasonal Glencoe Gathering, a favorite dining venue for locals and visitors alike. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, overseeing guest satisfaction, motivating the team, and ensuring smooth F&B service. What We’re Looking For
F&B Experience: Strong experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a similar high-standards setting. Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing day-to-day property operations, from guest services to financial performance. Leadership: A people-first approach, able to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.
