Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk A leading Regional Main Contractor that builds, refurbishes, and regenerates homes and communities across the UK has an excellent opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company is an innovative and ambitious business that combines their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work. The business is thriving and currently has a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline, particularly on the new build side. They are due to start working on a new project soon comprising 115 homes on a 10-acre site. The project value is circa £25m and consists of one-bedroom flats and bungalows through to four-bedroom family houses. They are looking for a No.1 Site Manager to oversee this project from start to finish, reporting to a Contracts Manager. The ideal person will have a strong track record overseeing similar projects for a reputable house builder.
