We seek an experienced residential property solicitor or conveyancing professional to join our Eastbourne team. You will be joining a thriving business where your expertise will be valued, and you’ll have the chance to grow within the firm.
You must have the experience and skills to manage conveyancing matters from start to finish, handling a mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold property transactions.
Our conveyancing team assists diverse clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned buy-to-let investors. Having established relationships within the local residential property sector would be advantageous.
Key requirements:
1+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, accuracy, and high-quality work
Enthusiastic about bringing in new clients
Excellent communication and client care skills
Experience in using a case management system
