THE CANDIDATE: Ideal Construction Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in dealing with a varied caseload of construction related matters. Ideally you will have strong experience in dealing with non-contentious and construction related matters. You will have experience of dealing with main standard form construction contracts, non-contentious / transactional construction advice, JCT and NEC matters. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable regional or national practice recognised for their construction offerings.
