A fantastic new role has arisen for a Corporate and Commercial Solicitor to join an award-winning firm based in York. Our client has a significant presence in the Yorkshire legal market, is established and well regarded for the high-quality work they produce, and the excellent client care they provide. Working with a range of clients you will assist on a varied caseload of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial agreements, and intellectual property. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in marketing and business development encouraging growth of the team and the firm as a whole. Our client is in growth mode and happy to consider candidates of any PQE level from NQ upwards. There really is plenty of scope to make a role in this team your own.
