Making high volume, outbound calls to warm leads provided to you to qualify customers for our services. Building rapport with our customers and providing them with a first-class service. Updating our CRM system with accurate account management data. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs. Achieving and maintaining appropriate compliance standards. Working with the team to create a great place to work. Job Requirements:
£21,538 basic without outstanding
uncapped commission
(OTE £40,000 to £50,000). We also offer a guaranteed bonus of £250 per month for your first 6 months to give you the best possible start. Office hours 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday – we’re also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) – and if that’s not enough you can also buy & sell holidays too.
