Are you a commercial property solicitor interested in a new challenge? Conekt Legal is currently partnering with this leading global law firm to recruit a commercial property associate/senior associate into their leading real estate practice.
Our client has a well-established and highly regarded commercial property team who have worked on some of the most high-profile and high-value real estate deals across Scotland and the UK. Working for this team, the commercial property associate will get the opportunity to work on and lead on some of the most exciting and complex property transactions.

You will be!
Qualified Solicitor – 4 + years PQE
Previous experience of working as a real estate solicitor within a leading commercial property practice
Strong legal drafting skills with the ability to draft a range of commercial property contracts and documents
Excellent negotiation skills and communication skills
Strong client management skills with the ability to develop and foster client relationships
