Our client based in Camberley is looking for a Management Accountant to assist them for 6 months on a full-time basis. The role will be based completely on site and there is free parking.
Responsibilities include: Assisting the Financial Controller in achieving a swift and precise monthly closing process Posting, analysing, and managing accruals/prepayments for General Ledger (GL) accounts Reconciling month-end GL data with billing records and uploading them to Sage Conducting commercial analyses, including assessments of customer and product profitability along with providing explanatory narratives Monitoring performance against budget and forecast, adjusting forecasts as necessary Monitoring customer performance and ensuring billing accuracy via our billing platform Supporting the integration of new businesses into the company's financial systems Collaborating with commercial teams (sales and operations) to enhance comprehension of customers and products Identifying potential areas for operational efficiencies or enhancements throughout the organisation and taking a leadership or participatory role in teams dedicated to implementing those enhancements
The successful Management Accountant will have/be: Available immediately or on short notice Able to drive and access to a car
