Your new company I am happy to be working with an excellent, fast-growing private construction company who are looking to add an Accounts Payable team leader to their busy team. Your new role

Ensure timely and accurate processing of all invoices and credit notes across multiple business units, adhering to SLAs and KPIs, including VAT/General Ledger Coding, CIS, and RCT. Conduct payment run checks and approvals for various business units. Submit online payments to the Irish Revenue (ROS). Report and monitor team KPIs in alignment with company objectives. Supervise three direct reports. Resolve all queries satisfactorily. Ensure correct processing of all invoices and credit notes. Document and maintain processes. Conduct annual performance reviews. Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members. Build relationships with business stakeholders, including sites and suppliers. Assist the Head of Accounts Payable in implementing changes. Perform any ad-hoc duties or tasks as requested by the line manager. What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. High level of written and numerical literacy. Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable. Comprehensive understanding of the AP end-to-end process and environment. Experience in supervising/managing a team. Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
