Employing over 62,000 people, this business has been operating for over 35 years and are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator / Credit Controller. The assignment is for about 8 weeks and there is the option to work 4 or 5 days a week. Your new role as the Financial Administrator / Credit Controller: To provide financial administrative support, focused on debt recovery. Contacting customers by phone & email to chase outstanding payments Provide copy invoices & statements as required Liaise with the company Accounts Receivable team to correctly assign credit notes and payments to clear records (advising where write-offs may be needed) Experience & skills required to apply: Credit control experience Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Capable of using MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Access) The ability to learn internal IT systems About Kenton Black Finance: Kenton Black Finance operate across the UK as a market leading recruitment partner, specialising in the attraction of finance talent across both permanent and interim requirements.
