Trainee Financial Adviser - Basingstoke
We are working with a client in London looking for a confident, motivated and organised individual to join their team and have the opportunity to train to become a fully qualified Financial Adviser. The successful candidate will ideally be at graduate level, and will deliver support to a Senior Adviser and their team, whilst continuing the path to being fully qualified. Responsibilities: Attend Client Meetings with Senior Advisers Manage Action Points from Client Meetings Business Submission Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative) Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients Managing workflow CRM systems Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software Critical Yield Calculations Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process Ensure data on Salesforce is completed Prep for all meetings Desired Skills: Degree level educated Relevant experience in Wealth Management or regulated Financial Services Attention to detail & excellent organisation skills Excellent standard of written & verbal communication skills Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Personal Qualities: Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive, and positive attitude Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task Our client is offering a generous package, including exam support and additional leave to sit the exams whilst working towards your diploma.
