Role Description As a Risk Framework Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining the ERM framework, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Associate Director of Risk, you will lead risk assessments, monitor key risks, and collaborate with senior management to drive effective risk mitigation strategies across the Group. Key Responsibilities Leading the development of the risk taxonomy. Conducting regular risk assessments. Supporting the implementation of risk management policies. Providing training on risk management principles. Staying updated on emerging risks. Leading risk assessment workshops. Presenting risk analysis to senior management. Serving as a contact point for auditors and clients. Skills Needed Deep technical expertise in risk management (risk appetite, key risk indicators, risk taxonomy). Proven experience in financial services risk management. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information at Board level. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of leading multiple projects. Consulting skills and a working understanding of regulatory concepts.
