Up to £12.09 per hour + holiday and pension We have an exciting and challenging new job opportunity for a Case Administrator (37 hours) to join one of our law enforcement Government clients in Isleworth. This is a full-time temporary role for an ongoing 7 months with a view to extend the contract further. The responsibilities of the role will include: Supporting offender management with case work Liaising with external partnerships and contractors Setting up and maintaining accurate offender and victim information on relevant approved databases Ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes Administering referrals and relationships between offender management, victims, interventions, service providers, and external agencies to enhance positive outcomes, manage risk, and reduce reoffending Providing administrative support to Probation Practitioners through letters, case allocations, enforcement administration, setting up assessments, data entry, and other associated tasks Organising the availability of appropriate equipment, materials, and facilities for activities relating to the management of cases Receiving and distributing information and communications appropriately (telephone, paper, e-mail) Skills and Experience Required: Delivering at pace Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative Adaptability to unexpected situations Good IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) Competence in tackling challenges reliably At least 1 year's administration experience is required Salary: £12.09 with benefits of pension scheme and holiday. The hours are Monday to Friday 9-5. After 12 weeks of service, the pay increases to £13.58 per hour. If you're looking to join the Public Sector workforce with a
