Responsibilities
Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Maintain employee records, including personal information, tax details, and payment history. Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or issues and resolve them promptly. Generate payroll reports for management review and assist with audits as required. Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
Experience
Proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, ideally within a similar industry. Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
