This is a fantastic opportunity to join our energetic team as a Pension Officer on a fixed-term contract for three months. You will play a vital role in ensuring seamless pension service delivery to our portfolio of over 800 clients. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance service quality continuously. Day to day, you will:

Manage workload efficiently using task management software, meeting response time targets. Collect and organize authorised pension data from clients, adhering to established procedures and regulations. Input pension data accurately through electronic uploads and manual processes, ensuring timely issuance to clients and pension funds. Conduct thorough three-way reconciliations before submitting monthly returns to LGPS Schemes. Serve as the primary point of contact for client and pension fund queries, striving to resolve them within SLA deadlines. Calculate and process statutory information regarding clients' employees and trigger auto re-enrolment as required. Assist with year-end processes to ensure statutory deadlines are met.
