Your new firm are located in the picturesque town of Farnham, known for its beauty and vibrant community. They are currently seeking a talented Payroll Supervisor to join the team. Role Overview:

As a Payroll Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the payroll operations and ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for their many clients. Your expertise in payroll administration, compliance, and attention to detail will be critical in managing a variety of payroll responsibilities and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processes for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory regulations. Process payroll data, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, benefits, and other relevant information. Verify and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring accurate calculations of salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings. Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues promptly and professionally. Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations, making recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. Generate payroll reports, analyze data, and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Requirements: Previous experience as a Payroll Supervisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements. Proficient in using payroll software and systems. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll-related issues effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional certification (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
