We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Payroll Manager with a specialization in International Payroll to join our progressive and forward-thinking professional business in Wakefield. This role is integral to our global operations, ensuring the seamless management of payroll processes across multiple countries. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation to our finance team. Key Responsibilities:

Global Payroll Management: Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process for our international workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all payroll activities comply with international laws and regulations and prepare detailed reports for senior management. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our payroll operations. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes with overall business operations. Technology Utilization: Leverage advanced payroll software and systems to streamline payroll processes and enhance data accuracy. Qualifications and Skills:

Extensive experience in managing international payroll operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and reporting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with international stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Proficiency in modern payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager with previous experience in both processing/managing international payroll while overseeing a growing Payroll team.
