Extensive experience in managing international payroll operations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and reporting. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with international stakeholders. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Proficiency in modern payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
