Job Opportunity: Solicitor in Infrastructure Teams
Our client, one of the leading full-service law firms, is looking to appoint a solicitor to join their infrastructure teams.
As part of the clean energy team, the role will primarily focus on:
Advising the firm’s blue chip clean energy clients on commercial contracts & regulatory matters.
Involvement in transactional matters providing grid and commercial input in the context of M&A and financing transactions.
The team has an enviable client list, including a large number of offshore wind developers and developers of projects utilising emerging technologies. The successful applicant can expect to join a busy but supportive and friendly team, where no two days are the same.
