We are seeking a highly motivated Banking & Finance Solicitor (0-4PQE) to join a leading global law firm’s well-regarded team in Edinburgh or Glasgow.
The Team:
The Finance team in Scotland is renowned for its comprehensive banking and financing expertise, spanning leveraged finance, real estate finance, and corporate banking. They also specialise in more niche areas such as fund financing, bank structural reform projects, central bank advisory, and loan portfolio transactions.
The Role:
Within this role, you will have exposure to market-leading, complex transactions, gaining responsibility early on in your career. You will be given first-class training and enrolled on a leading career development programme, as well as having genuine long-term career prospects.
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Solicitors with 0-4 years’ PQE, who are eager to progress their careers within a leading banking and finance practice.
Key Qualifications required:
Experience in a large commercial firm in banking, corporate, real estate, or projects.
Strong academic background.
Excellent commercial awareness and a client-centric approach.
Ability to work effectively in a team and develop strong working relationships.
