Excellent new opportunity for a junior to mid-level residential property lawyer to join this established firm based in Hampshire. This team has an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work and are seeking to appoint a new individual to play a key role in the department.
You can expect to tackle a range of work such as sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold and/or new build properties, you'll also be given plenty of opportunity to build relationships with your clients as well as with local estate agents and other intermediaries.
Overall, this firm has a track record of working with household name clients and possesses some of the finest property lawyers in the region, providing an incoming solicitor with a supportive team, quality work and ongoing career development.
