Our client based in Nottingham has a brilliant opportunity for a Transport Regulatory Solicitor to join the team! Having been established in the area for over a century, the firm is a major player in the East Midlands market and has built up an impressive reputation. The private client team acts on behalf of a strong and loyal client base, combining a traditional approach to client care with a modern way of working. The firm is ideally looking for a regulatory solicitor or those who have criminal experience with at least 1 year PQE, who can handle a mixed caseload of work from start to finish. This is given purely as a guideline, and so if you fall closely outside of this, yet can handle matters with minimal supervision, you are still encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would have prior regulatory and criminal law experience representing companies and individuals undergoing investigation and prosecution.
