We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Information & Advice Generalist Adviser to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you’ll provide essential guidance on welfare benefits, care options, and legal matters, empowering older adults to live with dignity and independence. What You’ll Do: Deliver high-quality, rights-based advice on welfare benefits, care provision, legal matters, and more. Conduct benefits assessments, assist with claims and appeals, and help clients access the support they need. Maintain accurate records, support our volunteer advisers, and conduct outreach in the community as needed.
