As a Mortgage Advisor, you will liaise with clients and lenders for a variety of markets and require a good level of knowledge of the mortgage market and process from application through to offer and completion. You should be able to offer a high level of client care and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
To provide a quality, compliant, and efficient mortgage advice service to clients.
Establishing strong relationships with clients and identifying and contacting potential clients.
Gathering sufficient client information and identifying client needs.
Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable recommendations.
Ensure a seamless process of the mortgage application, completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensuring that the level of service is delivered in a timely manner.
Attaining and maintaining competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm and comply with the Compliance and Training & Competence Schemes/Procedures of the firm as well as the requirements of the FCA.
Maintaining performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the firm’s Training & Competence scheme.
