Assist in delivering structured change management activities to support business transformation. Identify and support process efficiency improvements, working with the Business Change Manager and wider teams. Help deliver and manage communications for change initiatives. Contribute to training efforts by documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programmes. Document new processes for use in policy manuals, inductions, and as reference points for future change initiatives. Plan and track project activities within the business change programme. Additional Duties
Develop actionable deliverables, such as resource, communications, and training plans. Support and engage with project teams, stakeholders, and IT specialists. Integrate change management activities into project plans and track progress. Report on project status and raise any issues promptly. Ideally you will have the following:
Strong organisational and administrative skills. A keen interest in process improvement and business change. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and document multiple tasks effectively.
