Full-Time/Permanent Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children’s matters, pre and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes. Provide high-quality, client-focused legal advice and representation, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding of the complex and emotional nature of family law issues. Conduct effective communication with clients, including keeping them informed of case progress and managing their expectations. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and referral sources, promoting the firm’s services and reputation. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the family law department and across the firm to ensure a seamless, integrated service for clients. Actively participate in business development initiatives, including attending networking events, contributing to marketing materials, and engaging in community outreach activities. Stay current with developments in family law and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s services, processes, and overall performance. Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor, or Legal Executive. A minimum of three years of experience working in family law. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload and meeting targets. Demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent client care and building long-term client relationships. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with keen attention to detail. A proactive and resourceful approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. A strong team player, with a positive and collegial attitude, willing to contribute to the growth and success of the firm. Up to £55,000 dependant on experience, generous bonus scheme and benefits package.
