Job Description
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new role in Leicester? My client is looking to appoint a motivated Solicitor to work within their busy Private Client team at their Leicester office. You will be undertaking fee earning work and working on Court of Protection as well as working with high-net-worth clients. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be managing a busy caseload of Probate and Estate Administration work, this includes complex and high value estates. Responsibilities:
Maintain and build existing relations with clients and support in developing new relationships. Conduct private client and related matters on behalf of clients. Focus on Probate and Estate Administration matters, with opportunities to work on various Private Client matters. Become strongly involved within the local marketing networks. Ensure files are correct and up-to-date. Use case management programmes to run cases. Liaise with clients and third parties to the highest possible standard. Financial control of your own matters. Recognise fee-earning opportunities and develop as appropriate. My client is looking for a strong candidate who is a Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection work and managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. As team collaboration is important, the firm is looking for someone who would join them in the office 3 to 4 times a week. The role may include travel to visit clients in the local area; therefore, a driving licence is desirable.
