The team would welcome applications from corporate solicitors with 0-3yrs PQE to work on a wide range of corporate transactions for international, national and regional clients.The quality of training and support on offer is superb with the opportunity to gain experience working on startup arrangements through to investments, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.
To be considered for this roles you will need to have some experience in one or more of one of these areas:-
Mergers and acquisitions
Investments, shareholder agreements and reorganisations
Private Equity/venture capital transactions
Listed company transactions and IPO's
In addition to a good technical understanding of corporate transactions and a desire to specialise in this area of law you will need to have a strong client care focus, exceptional communication skills and be a team player.
