ProTalent is looking for a Permanent Part Qualified Accountant for a Practice based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
If you have experience as a Semi Senior or Part Qualified professional, this role offers an attractive salary range of £26,000 - £30,000.
Role and Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders. Assisting with corporate tax computations and VAT returns for corporate clients. Assisting with personal tax returns for company directors. Providing basic payroll services for clients. Communicating and liaising with clients to resolve queries. Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment. Requirements
AAT qualification or equivalent, with ACCA/ACA part-qualification being advantageous. Qualified by Experience will also be considered. Proven experience in a similar role within a UK practice. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in leading accountancy software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision when required. Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
