£28,000 to £36,000 (dependent upon experience) + benefits + 2 year progression plan
Due to a number of recent internal promotions, this regional firm of accountants requires an additional Audit & Accounts Senior. Our client is looking for their ‘Partners of the future and will structure a progressive development plan for the right individuals. Typically you will work directly under a manager, however, you will be given the opportunity to work closely with a Partner on occasion. Role: Clients are from a variety of industry sectors. The client’s annual turnovers will typically range between £10m and £50m. There will be the opportunity to work with clients in the £80m to £100m range. You will lead teams of up to three during onsite work at clients’ premises. This will include managing junior staff, planning and then reviewing their progress with management. You will undertake the preparation of corporate tax computations. This firm’s number 1 objective is to deliver the best possible service to its clients. They are looking to align themselves as the ‘go-to firm of accountants in the region and are seeking dedicated accountancy professionals who will contribute to the firm’s future success. Requirements: Ideally, you will be newly (or soon to be) ACA/ACCA qualified, however, our client will consider ‘exceptional’ part-qualified auditors. They have also indicated the following will be required; Significant statutory accounts preparation experience Experience in the preparation of corporation tax computations Driven and ambitious individual who takes pride in their work.
