We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Delivery Consultant/Resourcer to join the leaders in building recruitment. In this 180-degree role, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for our clients' open vacancies. Your primary focus will be on candidate acquisition and building a strong talent pipeline, while collaborating with our Business Development and Recruitment Consultants to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases to identify and attract potential candidates with relevant skills and experience. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, career objectives, and cultural fit for potential roles. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as the main point of contact throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback. Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to stay competitive and identify new sourcing strategies. Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records and interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations. Key Requirements: Proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, or similar role (not a deal breaker - if has sales/customer service experience). In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, candidate sourcing, and selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for candidate sourcing. Results-oriented and self-driven with a passion for delivering top-quality service.
