Inspire Care is a small family-owned residential care company established for over 13 years, with values centered on family and children. We operate 4 small residential children’s homes situated in Staffordshire.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Manager for our 2-3 bed EBD children’s home based in Stoke-on-Trent & Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

Responsibilities: Make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people Manage the children’s home in the absence of the manager Provide support and advice to the team and home Be personally available on-call Provide supervision and mentoring to staff Work shifts with sleep-ins as well as admin and management shifts Uphold ETHICS (Empathy, Trust, Honesty, Integrity, Compassion, Safeguarding)

Skills & Experience (Essential): A commitment to delivering high-quality care Knowledge of EBD and other complex needs/challenging behaviours Hold a current UK Driving Licence A minimum of 2 years experience in a position relevant to the residential care of children NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent
