We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Care Home Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our care home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elderly care, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure our residents receive the best possible care and support. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to all residents. Manage and support a team of care staff, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained. Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Foster a positive and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. Manage the home's budget and resources effectively. Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders. Ensure the care home meets health and safety requirements. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care setting. A relevant qualification in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent). Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and caring nature. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
