Required to adapt and create suitable risk controls for innovative scientific investigations. The Facilities & HSE team supports multi-disciplinary science, engineering, and data analytics teams. Skills: NEBOSH Diploma Affiliation(s): Tech or GradIOSH or CMIOSH Degree or equivalent in a science, technology, or engineering subject HSE commercial responsibility experience Compliance driven sector experience; oil & gas, aviation, chemical manufacturing, etc. would be advantageous Research environment exposure beneficial Responsibilities: Support the site HSE Manager across the full spectrum of HS&E compliance delivery including: Inductions Contractor Management: Permit to work and LOTO Reports to support site safety groups Support the duty of care auditing of compliance driven services Support the pre-qualification and due diligence for contractors working on site Take an active role in HSE groups and campaigns Compilation and retention of Waste transfer notes, packaging regulations compliance, etc.
