Synergy Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to start on a project in Portsmouth, Hampshire, on the 2nd of December 2024. This is scheduled to be for 42 weeks on a Heritage Project in Portsmouth.
You will need previous experience in Heritage projects, which will include: Repointing Lime Mortar Groundworks Paving Heritage Lighting Heritage Paving Replacing Soffits and Fascia Hammer testing 2 storey building Scaffolding to be erected across the whole building, starting from the rear and working around
There will be an aspect of paperwork as well, so you will need to be proficient in managing documentation and prepared for extensive reporting.
Requirements: CSCS Card SMSTS First Aid Heritage Project experience
