Job Description What you’ll do as a Food and Beverage Manager… Organise daily operations for beverage across the Hotel, ensuring excellence in brand standards whilst collaborating with the Kitchen Team to maintain high standards of quality and service. Training coaching and developing the team to deliver the guest and brand promises Recruit, train and manage a high performing food and beverage team, providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge. Monitor guest feedback and address issues by implementing effective systems to measure and improve guest satisfaction levels. Manage revenue forecasts, cost controls and financial performance whilst identifying and implementing strategies for revenue growth to achieve financial targets. What you’ll bring…. You understand and role model exceptional service, consistently to the highest standards. Being customer centric, leading from the front, creating exceptional experiences and being the host to this fantastic new hotel Demonstrate leadership and commercial expertise, with the ability to step in during the absence of the General Manager. Excel in managing both food and beverage teams and all areas of front-of-house, prioritising a guest-first approach. Proficient in managing stock, order processes, cost control, and budget planning. Effective in training, coaching, and developing successful teams and a proven track record of leading highly engaged teams. Passionate about Hotels and Restaurants, with extensive experience as a food and beverage manager, particularly in premium leisure and hospitality venues.
