About the role As the Product Owner – UK Passenger Vehicle Business Digitalisation for BYD's enterprise software platform, you will bridge the gap between the business and the IT team, focusing on automotive industry-specific business operations. You will ensure the successful implementation of business requirements related to lead management, vehicle ordering, customer management, vehicle registration, sales reporting, inventory management, and dealership network management. Digitalisation Automotive OEM experience is required for this role. Main Tasks and responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Capture, prioritize, and communicate business requirements from the UK team, focusing on automotive business operations. Project Leadership: Lead UK projects ensuring timely and successful delivery of the software platform, leveraging automotive business experience. Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders and the retailer network, addressing their business needs. Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and adds value. Feature Launch: Coordinate with the retailer network to launch the system and new features, ensuring smooth adoption. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and improve the software platform based on user feedback. Change Management and Training: Develop and execute change management plans and training programs for system feature launches. Ideal candidate profile: Industry Expertise:

5+ years of experience in OEM business operations in the automotive industry, ideally with experience of a similar project. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field. Business Focus:

Deep understanding of automotive business functions including lead management, vehicle ordering, customer management, dealership network management, vehicle registration, sales reporting, and inventory management. Skills:

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Travel:
