As a Web CRO manager, you will work as part of an innovative digital marketing team to develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across Accruent.com. You will use a mix of creative and analytical skills to understand our website visitors, run experiments (A/B tests), create a better user experience, and drive conversions.
We are looking for someone who identifies as a “doer” and is comfortable working cross-functionally within the marketing team and beyond, taking ownership of KPIs and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and execute A/B tests to improve Accruent website conversion rates, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers and their digital journeys to build optimized and personalized experiences.
Own the experimentation strategy and execution of tests while supporting cross-functional teams in managing the website roadmap.
Identify underperforming pages and develop improvement strategies.
Report on experiment results, share insights, and celebrate successes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, SEO, and marketing managers, to drive optimization projects.
Monitor and optimize website performance using data-driven insights.
Partner with UX and Design teams to develop impactful testing opportunities.
Optimize conversion paths for inbound marketing channels (e.g., organic and paid).
Recommend and experiment with web tools such as personalization tools, chatbots, ROI calculators, and interactive features to increase conversion.
Requirements:
6+ years of experience working in B2B web marketing team.
Excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS), marketing systems, attribution models and processes, Google Analytics, and other web technology infrastructure.
Great understanding of CRO and proficiency in A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, etc.
Must possess the ability to delve deep into data, draw meaningful conclusions, and effectively present the outcomes, successes, and learnings from various experiments and tests conducted.
Be comfortable troubleshooting the website and constantly improving the User Experience of the website.
Excellent project management skills with a proven record of project delivery within the identified time and resources.
Experience creating and documenting technical business requirements for new project features, CMS, and web experiences.
Having a creative mind with the ability to use data-driven insights to generate results.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong capabilities of planning and managing short-term and long-term projects.
Must have a positive mindset and “get stuff done” attitude.
Be a team player, be proactive, and take full ownership of projects and results.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
The person must thrive in a problem-solving and continuous improvement environment.
Nice to have:
Full understanding of publishing on Hubspot or Drupal CMS platform.
Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, and CRM such as Salesforce.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, chatbot solutions, and Google Tag Management.
HTML, CSS or web development experience.
