Are you passionate about implementing new ways of working and overseeing complex, council-wide programmes and projects? My client, a local Council in Nottinghamshire, are looking for an experienced Portfolio Lead to drive progress, enable effective controls, and ensure comprehensive reporting.

About the Role:

Focus on Digitalisation: Oversee complex digital projects and programmes as we digitalise our services over the next two years. Leadership: Manage a small team of Programme Managers, BAs, and transformation personnel, coordinating wider resources on a matrix basis. Reporting: Report directly to the Director of Transformation and the Senior Leadership Team. Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working with ideally 2 days on-site.
