In this key leadership role, you'll play a crucial part in shaping the firm's future audit services, driving growth, and fostering innovation within the audit function. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a team of auditors, managing a growing and established audit portfolio. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance on audit work flows, resource allocation, and future direction. Ensure accuracy and compliance by reviewing and preparing high-quality audit documentation. Offer expert advice on complex audit-related matters and projects. Work cross-functionally to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated business solutions. Mentor and support team members, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their professional growth. Represent the firm at networking events and business forums, actively identifying new business opportunities. Identify cross-selling and additional service opportunities for both new and existing clients. Set the standard as a hands-on Director, leading by example with a proactive, client-focused approach. Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is essential. Proven ability to represent the firm in new networks and generate new business. Extensive experience in audit and accounting, with a strong grasp of current standards, regulations, and best practices. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a history of managing teams and delivering successful projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
