! Bazaarvoice is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build the future of social commerce. As part of the Content and Creators portfolio, you’ll be leading the strategy for features critical to top eCommerce brands and retailers. With a team and client-base spanning the globe, there will be many opportunities to influence and define how your portfolio of products evolve to meet the ever changing landscape of social media. We're not hiring project managers; you'll be given substantial feature ownership and encouraged to evangelize a product vision that’s based on customer research, data analysis, and good product intuition. Through our client dashboard and end user experiences, you will help brands source high quality content from creators, report on the impact of their campaign content, and leverage that authentic content to inspire further shopping experiences for their customers. About You:

You’re able to articulate what a winning product looks like. You can influence not only your own team, but also the company as a whole and external clients. You always have empathy for clients and their customers. You partner well with engineers and product designers to conceptualize, ship, and iterate on products users love. You can write user stories clearly and explain what value is being added and why it’s important backed through experimentation, testing, and/or research. You obsess over data - both quantitative and qualitative. You love digging into data and extracting meaningful insights to make smart product decisions. You have a good sense of which features are essential for a product launch and which ones can be scaled back or done later, and you focus the team on the key priorities. You can see the bigger picture but are also comfortable delving deep into technical requirements. You're hyper-organized, practical, and love finding new ways to do things faster and better. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects and know how best to prioritize unblocking your team. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and are able to create product direction out of an ill-defined problem space. People enjoy working with you, and you bring out the best in your team. You’re okay speaking up! We are not process obsessed here - if something is not working and slowing us down let’s rethink it. Essential Criteria:

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Proven track record of shipping features for B2B software applications. Experience working closely with engineers and product designers. Strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a plus!

Evidential experience working effectively in a cross-functional global environment. #LI-EM1 Why join Bazaarvoice? Customer is key We see our own success through our customers’ outcomes.
